Abstract: | Sudu-sudu pompa merupakan lengkungan-lengkungan yang terkurung diantara dua buah dinding dan merupakan satu kesatuan dengaan kedua dinding tersebut.Sudusudu ini dari kipas yang berputar memberikan energi kecepatan zat cair, energi kecepatan , dan diubah menjadi tekanan sehingga menghasilkan kapasitas yang kita inginkan misalkan untuk mencapai kapasitas 35 L!Det dan Headnya 35 M H£J. Dengan demikian untuk menganalisa sudu-sudu tentunya dengan menggunakan, perhitungan-perhitungan diameter poros, diameter impeller masuk, ukuran sisi keluar impeller, bentuk sudu, jumlah sudu, jarak antaaara sudu-sudu dasn tebal sudu impeller. Untuk mencapai kapasitas 35 L/Det dan headnya 35 M H£J harus disesuaikan dengan kemiringgan sudu-sudu karena sangat berpengaruh pada laju kecepatan aliran dan bentuk kipas kemudian sudu-sudu harus disesuaikan dengan zat cair, tekanan naik yang ditentukan, arus volume, jumlah putaran dan sebagainya. Disarankan agar air yang diisap melalui aliran masuk harus bebas agar jangan terjadi gangguan aliran atau kemacetan serta kerusakan pada sudu-sudu. Impeller pump is represent carvature which is shut in between two walls and represent one unity both the wall. This impeller from rotator fan give energi speed of hydrogen, speed energi, and turned become speed, and and turned into pressure so thad yield caspacities which we wish to take example to reach capacities 35 L/Second and it is 35 MH£J. Thereby to analyze impeller it is of course by using calculation like axis diameter, impeller diameter enter, side size measure out of impeller, from impeller, amount of impeller, apart between impeller and is thick of impeller. To reach capacities 35 L/Second and is head 35 M H£J have to be adapted with inclination of impeller because very having and in with to accelerate speed and from stream fan leter, then impeller have to be adapted with hydrogen, pressurego up which is required, volume current, amount of rotation etcetera.suggested thatby sucked water throuh stream enter have to be free in order not to happened jam stream troubel and also damage at impeller. |
