Abstract: | Pelayanan Administrasi merupakan kegiatan kerja sama yang dilakukan sekelompok orang berdasarkan pembagian kerja sebagaimana ditentukan dalam struktur dengan manajemen sumberdaya secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Efektivitas Pelayanan Administrasi Persuratan Pada Unit Layanan Administrasi Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi Sumatera Utara beserta faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Informan penelitian berjumlah 8 Orang. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi sedangkan Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian (1) Efektivitas pelayanan administrasi persuratan pada unit layanan administrasi (ULA) Biro Umum Sekretariat Provinsi Sumatera Utara belum optimal. Ketepatan sasaran dalam melayani para pengunjung yaitu masyarakat ataupun organisasi perangkat daerah khususnya pemberian surat masuk dan penomoran surat keluar (2) Faktor Pendukung adalah indikator tercapainya tujuan melalui Penciptaan dan penyimpanan. Administrative Services are cooperative activities carried out by a group of people based on the division of labor as determined in the structure with effective and efficient resource management. This study aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of correspondence administration services with its supporting and inhibiting factors. The research informants amounted to 8 people. The data collection techniques used consist of: interviews, observation, and documentation while the data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results of the study (1) The effectiveness of correspondence administration services has not been optimal. Target accuracy in serving visitors, namely the community or regional apparatus organizations, especially the provision of incoming letters and numbering of outgoing letters (2) Supporting Factors are indicators of achieving goals through creation and storage. |
