Hubungan Iklim Sekolah dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Prestasi Belajar Siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 48 siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan tekhnik Simple Random Sampling. Prestasi belajar diukur dengan nilai rapot (hasil belajar) dan iklim sekolah diukur dengan skala aspek-aspek iklim sekolah yang terdiri dari 19 item yang valid, sedangkan motivasi belajar diukur dengan skala aspek-aspek motivasi belajar yang terdiri dari 18 item yang valid. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda untuk hipotesis pertama dan uji korelasi parsial untuk hipotesis kedua dan ketiga. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya hubungan iklim sekolah dan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya yang ditunjukkan koefisien thitung = 14,060 dengan p > 0.05, dan koefisien Signifikan = 0.005 dengan p < 0.05 dan koefisien Freg sebesar 4.952 dengan p > Ftabel, dan koefisien korelasi R = 0.05 dengan dan R2 = 0.000, hipotesis kedua adanya pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya ditunjukkan koefisien thitung sebesar 19.070 dengan thitung > ttabel, dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 dengan p < 0.05, dan hipotesis ketiga adanya pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya ditemukan koefisien thitung sebesar 17.227 dengan p > 0.05, dengan besaran korelasi rx2y sebesar 0.001 dengan p < 0.05. This study aims to determine the relationship between school climate and learning motivation with student achievement at SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. The subjects in this study were 48 students of SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya. The data collection method uses the Simple Random Sampling technique. Learning achievement was measured by report scores (learning outcomes) and school climate was measured by a scale of school climate aspects which consists of 19 valid items, while learning motivation is measured by a scale of aspects of learning motivation which consists of 18 valid items. The data analysis used was multiple regression for the first hypothesis and partial correlation test for the second and third hypotheses. The results of the study concluded that there was a relationship or corelation between school climate and learning motivation with student achievement at SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya shown by the coefficient F reg = 0.253 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.106 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.011, the second hypothesis was the influence of school climate on student achievement at SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya it was shown that the coefficient t was -0.661 with p < 0.05, and the hypothesis third, there was the effect of learning motivation on student achievement at SMP Negeri 7 Darul Makmur Nagan Raya, it was found that the t coefficient was 0.124 with p <0.05.
