Abstract: | Dalam dunia industri pertanian banyak sekali menggunakan mesin-mesin untuk mengolah bahan baku menjadi bahan jadi, jadi lebih khusus lagi pada pengolahan kelapa sawit yang menggunakan banyak mesin produksi yang mengo lah buah kelapa sawit tersebut. Untuk memenuhi persyaratan dalam menyelesaikan Sarjana Teknik Strata Satu Uni\ t: rsitas Medan Area penuli san skripsi. penulis memilih judul yaitu Pembuatan Mesin digester. Fungsi dari mesin ini adalah untuk mengaduk serta menyayat brondolan kelapa sawit dengan tujuan perusakan serat daging buah hingga mempermudah dalam proses pengepresan. Beberapa komponen mesin digester perlu direncanakan dengan baik. Penulis membatasi perhitungan pada pisau pengaduk. roda gigi, poros, kopling, Drum/tangki, sabuk dan puli, bantalan, analisa gaya dan tegangan yang terjadi pada tiap komponen untuk itu perlu perencanaan yang baik agar tercapai efesiensi kerja mesin. In industrial world there are vanous machine used to process the raw materials into finished goods, particularly with processing of palm oil that uses many prodaction machine to yield the products. As a reguairements to accomplish the scoolar program of strata I engineering in University of Medan Area, in this scription the writter chooses the tittle : "Desaign of Degester Machine ". The fuction of this machine is to stiir and cut the bunc of palm oil to crash the flesh to facilitate the process of pressing. Some componens of digester machine need good planed. The writer confinees the calculation on stirring blade, gear, shaft , coupling, drum/tank , belt and pulley. springs . force analisis and strain occuring in each component, there fore for a better efficiency it needs careful and detailled engineering or planning. |
