Abstract: Untuk ikut menggalakan program hemat energi nasional sebagai mahasiswa sekaligus generasi penerus dituntut untuk dapat mengembangkan sistem-sistem hemat energi . Jadi salah satu dari sistem tersebut adalah perencanaan alat penukar kalor pada mobil yaitu radiator. Kalor yang diserap air pendingin dari mesin didinginkan pada radiator dengan memanfaatkan tluida udara luar sebagai t1uida pendingin, sehingga air yang didinginkan dapat disirkulasikan kembali melalui pompa air.
