Abstract: | Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Swasta YAPIM Sei Glugur merupakan lembaga pendidikan milik swasta yang didirikan pada tahun 2001. Jumlah guru honor yang ada di sekolah ini sebanyak 32 orang dan guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) sebanyak 7 orang. Gaji yang diterima oleh guru honor setiap bulannya relatif lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan guru Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya jumlah gaji merbberi pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Swasta Yapim Sei Glugur Medan dan untuk mengetahui persepsi memberi pengaruh positif terhadap komitmen pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Swasta Yapim Sei Glugur Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dijadikan sampel yaitu sebanyak 32 orang. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa pengamatan, observasi dan menyebarkan angket pada pada responden yang dijadikan sampel penelitian serta data sekunder dengan melakukan studi kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 15.00. SMA Swasta Yayasan Pendidikan Indonesia Membangun (Yapim) hendaknya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, dan meningkatkan citra sekolah dengan cara menambah sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Sehingga para orang tua ingin memasukkan anaknya ke sekolah tersebut. Dengan bertambahnya jumlah siswa di sekolah tersebut, pihak sekolah dapat menaikkan gaji guru. YAPIM Sei Glugur Private High School (SMA) is a privately owned educational institution that was founded in 2001. The number of honorary teachers at this school is 32 people and 7 Civil Servant (PNS) teachers. The salary received by honorary teachers each month is relatively smaller compared to Civil Servant (PNS) teachers. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of salary that has a positive influence on commitment at the Yapim Sei Glugur Medan Private High School (SMA) and to determine the perception that it has a positive influence on commitment at the Senior High School.(SMA) Private Yapim Sei Glugur Medan. This type of research is descriptive research. The sample population was 32 people. Meanwhile, data collection techniques use primary data in the form of observations, observations and distributing questionnaires to respondents who are used as research samples as well as secondary data by conducting literature studies to obtain data related to the research problem. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.00 software. The Indonesian Education Foundation for Building (Yapim) Private High School should improve the quality of education and improve the image of the school by adding school facilities and infrastructure. So parents want to send their children to that school. By increasing the number of students in the school, the school can increase teacher salaries. |
