PT. Madya Kreasi Lestari adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang property perumahan. Di dalam perusahaan ini sering terjadi komunikasi yang tidak efektif, seperti misscomunication dan missunderstanding antara pimpinan dengan karyawannya serta antara karyawan satu dengan karyawan lainnya. Within this company there is frequent communication which are ineffective, such as miscommunication and misunderstanding between leaders and their employees as well as between employee and employee other.
