Abstract: | Penarikan sebagai suatu proses penarikan sejumlah calon yang berpotensi untuk diseleksi menjadi karyawan. Proses ini dilakukan dengan mendorong atau merangsang calon yang mempunyai potensi untuk mengajukan lamaran dan berakhir dengan didapatkannya sejumlah calon atau dapat juga dikatakan sebagai upaya pencarian sejumlah caJon karyawan yang memenuhi syarat dalam jumlah tertentu sehingga dari mereka perusahaan dapat menyeleksi orang yang paling tepat untuk mengisi lowongan kerja yang ada. Pengembangan (Development) adalah fungsi operasional kedua dari Manajemen Personalia. Pengembangan karyawan (baru/lama) perlu dilakukan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan. Agar pengembangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, harus lebih dahulu ditetapkan suatu program pengembangan karyawan. Withdrawal is a process of withdrawing a number of candidates who have the potential to be selected as employees. This process is carried out by encouraging or stimulating candidates who have the potential to submit applications and ends with obtaining a number of candidates or it can also be said as an effort to search for a certain number of prospective employees who meet the requirements so that from them the company can select the most appropriate person to fill the job vacancy. which exists. Development (Development) is the second operational function of Personnel Management. Employee development (new/old) needs to be carried out in a planned and continuous manner. In order for development to be carried out well, an employee development program must first be established. |
