Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur waktu yang diperlukan untuk membersihkan lidi sawit berdasarkan variasi kecepetan putaran, menghitung efektifitas proses pembersihan lidi sawit berdasarkan variasi kecepatan putaran, dan analisis performa alat peraut lidi sawit berdasarkan variasi kecepatan putaran. Mesin peraut lidi sawit yang dipergunakan dalam studi ini memiliki kapasitas produksi 100 kg/jam. Kecepatan putaran mesin diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur Tachometer dan berat lidi yang dihasilkan diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur timbangan digital. Dalam penelitian ini waktu puataran I diperlukan 60 s dengan berat lidi sawit yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,035 kg, putaran II waktu yang diperlukan 50 s dengan berat lidi sawit yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,035 kg dan putaran III waktu yang diperlukan 50 s dengan berat lidi sawit sebesar 0,05 kg. This study aims to measure the time needed to clean the palm sticks based on variations in rotation speed, calculate the effectiveness of the cleaning process based on variations in rotation speed, and analyze the performance of the sharpener tool based on variations in rotation speed. The palm stick shredder machine used in this study has a production capacity of 100 kg/hour. The engine speed was measured using a tachometer and the resulting stick weight was measured using a digital scale. In this study, round I required 2,1 s to produce 0.035 kg of palm sticks, second round required 50 s to produce 0.035 kg of palm sticks and third round required 0.014 hours with 50 s of palm stick weight. 05 kgs. |
