Abstract: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan loyalitas karyawan PT.RAPP RIAU. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan PT.RAPP. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Hipotesis adanya hubungan positif antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan loyalitas karyawan. Hasil perhitungan pada analisis korelasi r Product Moment dengan nilai rxy = 0,563. Koefisien determinan (r2) =0,317 dengan p=0,000. Lingkungan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 31,7% terhadap loyalitas. Dan perhitungan mean hipotetik = 65 dan mean empirik = 84,01 dengan standar deviasi = 9,592 diketahui bahwa lingkungan kerja dalam kategori baik. Begitu pun dengan loyalitas karyawan dengan perhitungan mean hipotetik = 95 dan mean empirik = 118,58, standar deviasi = 11,831 bahwa loyalitas dalam kategori baik. Dengan demikian hipotesis diterima The research aims to determine the relationship between the non-physical work environment and PT. RAPP RIAU employee loyalty. The method in this research uses quantitative. The research subjects were employees of PT.RAPP. The sampling method uses total sampling. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the non-physical work environment with employee loyalty. Calculation results in r Product Moment correlation analysis with a value of rxy = 0.563. Determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.317 with p = 0.000. Environment work contributes 31.7% to loyalty. And the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 65 and empirical mean = 84.01 with standard deviation = 9.592 it is known that the environment work in the good category. Likewise with employee loyalty by calculation hypothetical mean = 95 and empirical mean = 118.58, standard deviation = 11.831 that loyalty in the good category. Thus the hypothesis is accepted
