Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kecenderungan stres pada mahasiswa yang sedang membuat tugas akhir di STKIP Budidaya Binjai. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini sebesar 59 mahasiswa STKIP Budidaya Binjai. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan product moment correlation. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara dukungan sosial dengan kecenderungan stres. Koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0.110. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kecenderungan stres dibentuk oleh dukungan sosial sebesar 11%, dan selebihnya dapat dibentuk oleh aspek dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi, dan dukungan dari jaringan sosial. This research aims to empirically test and determine the relationship between social support and the tendency to stress in students who are writing their final assignments at STKIP Cultivation Binjai. The total sample for this research was 59 students of STKIP Cultivation Binjai. This research approach uses quantitative and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation. The results of data analysis show that there is a negative relationship between social support and the tendency to stress. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.110. This shows that the tendency to stress is formed by social support by 11%, and the remainder can be formed by aspects of emotional support, appreciation support, instrumental support, information support, and support from social networks. |
