Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan work family conflict dan Stres Kerja pada perawat di RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah . populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perawat Perempuan yang sudah ber rumah tangga yang Berada di RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah .yang berjumlah 80 orang perawat,dan sample yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang perawat . tehnik pengambilan sample yang di gunakan adalah convenience sampling metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif . pengumpulan data mengguna skala work family conflict dan skala stres kerja yang di ukur dengan menggunakan skala likert .tehnik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear .berganda hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikansi korelasi p =0,000 <0,005 artinya hipotesis yang di ajukan di nyatakan di terima dari hubungan antara work family conflict dan stres kerja di RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,548 atau 54,,8 %.dengan kata lain hipotesis di terima .work family conflict tergolong sedang (mean emperik =67,58 < mean hipotetik = 60 dan memiliki SD = 11,465 ) Dan untuk Stres kerja tegolong sedang (mean emperik =69,55 < mean hipotetik =60 dimana selisi lebih dari bilangan SD =12,173 ) . This study aims to determine the relationship between work family conflict and work stress among nurses at Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Regional Hospital. The population used in this research were married female nurses at Muyang Kute Bener Meriah Regional Hospital, totaling 80 nurses, and the sample used in this research was 80 nurses. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling, a research method using quantitative methods. Data collection used the work family conflict scale and the work stress scale which was measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used linear regression. Multiple research results showed a significant correlation value of p = 0.000 <0.005, meaning that the hypothesis proposed was stated to be accepted from the relationship between work family conflict and work stress at RSUD Muyang Kute Bener Meriah with a determinant coefficient (r2) of 0.413 or 41.3%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. Work family conflict is classified as moderate (empirical mean = 67.58 < hypothetical mean = 60 and has SD = 11.465) And for work stress it is classified as moderate (empirical mean = 69.55 < hypothetical mean = 60 where the difference is more than SD = 12.173).
