Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan disiplin diri ditinjau dari siswa yang sekolah di Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah dengan sekolah yang Non Pesantren, dengan menggunakan skala disiplin diri yang mengacu dari pendapat Crown dan Crown (dalam Siregar, 2007) dengan aspek-aspek disiplin diri yaitu kesadaran, pemahaman dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik. purposive random sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik Analisis Varians 1 Jalur. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu ada perbedaan disiplin diri ditinjau dari siswa yang sekolah di Pesantren Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah dengan sekolah yang Non Pesantren. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien perbedaan F = 34.876 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.001. Hasil perhitungan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik disiplin diri secara total sebesar 77,500 < 102,444. Sedangkan mean hipotetik dan mean empirik disiplin diri di pesantren (77 ,500 < 106,280) dan disiplin diri yang non pesantren (77 ,500 < 98,610) tergolong sangat tinggi. This research aims to determine the differences in self-discipline in terms of students who study at the Ar-Raudlatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School with non-schools Islamic boarding school, using a self-discipline scale that refers to opinion Crown and Crown (in Siregar, 2007) with aspects of self-discipline, namely awareness, understanding and skills.
