Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara iklim organisasi dengan stress kerja di PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Bandar Klippa. This paper consists of 64 pages starting from the background of the problem to the suggestions given by the author to PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Klippa City. The aim of this research is to look at the relationship between climate organization with work stress at PT Perkebunan Nusantara II Kebun Bandar Klippa. |
