Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Karakteristik Kewirausahaan dan Keunggulan Bersaing terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Pengusaha Pakaian di Pasar Petisah Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner berskala likert. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengusaha pakaian pada Pasar Petisah Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 69 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode kueesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji instrument, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Statistik dan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Karakteristik Kewirausahaan dan Keunggulan Bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Pengusaha Pakaian di Pasar Petisah Medan. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Entrepreneur Characteristics and Competitive Advantage on Business Success among Clothing Entrepreneurs at Pasar Petisah Medan. This research uses quantitative methods, the research instrument is a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used in this research is clothing entrepreneurs at the Pasar Petisah Medan. The sample in this study was 69 people. The sampling technique used was the questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing uses the t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). Data analysis techniques were carried out using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, statistical tests and hypothesis tests. Based on the research results, it shows that Entrepreneurial Characteristics and Competitive Advantage have a positive and significant effect on the Business Success of Clothing Entrepreneurs in the Petisah Market in Medan. |
