Abstract: | Telah dirancang secara hardware dan software sebuah sistem pengawasan kemasan CPO pada industri berbasis IoT yang merupakan salah satu tujuan dari penelitian ini. Selain tujuan tersebut tujuan lainnya adalah mengendalikan volume cairan CPO yang akan diisi kedalam botol melalui instruksi timer program serta mengukur tingkat akurasi alat dalam melakukan pengawasan jumlah botol CPO yang telah dikemas ketika apllikasi IoT dibuka menggunakan hand phone. Alat ini dirancang memiliki manfaat untuk mempermudah tugas pengawas dalam memonitoring pekerjaan yang sedang berlangsung, juga memudahkan administrator kapa saja dalam mengambil data pelaporan jumlah produk CPO yang telah dikemas tanpa harus berada dilokasi selama administrator juga memiliki koneksi internet. Sistem ini disusun dari serangkaian kombinasi perangkat input sensor infra red, sistem kendali NodeMCU ESP32, perangkat output pompa, LCD dan Aplikasi IoT sebagai media monitoringnya. Untuk melihat kinerja alat dilakukan sebuah pengujian serta analisis dalam bentuk pengamatan. Dan dari hasil pengujian didapatkan beberapa hasil yakni Sistem pengawasan jumlah kemasan CPO dapat bekerja dengan tepat yang diukur dengan perhitungan tingkat akurasinya, sehingga didapatkan sebesar 100 % dengan % Error 0%. Selain itu juga coding yang ditanamkan pada sistem kendali ESP32 dapat berjalan dengan baik yang diukur dari kinerja alat yakni dapat bekerja sebagai sistem pengawasan jumlah kemasan CPO. It has been designed in hardware and software a monitoring system for the of CPO packaging in IoT-based industries which is one of the objectives of this research. In addition to these objectives, another goal is to control the volume of CPO liquid that will be filled into bottles through the timer program instructions and to measure the level of accuracy of the tool in monitoring the number of CPO bottles that have been packed when the IoT application is opened using a mobile phone. This tool is designed to have the benefit of facilitating the task of supervisors in monitoring work in progress, as well as making it easier for administrators at any time to retrieve reporting data on the number of packaged CPO products without having to be on location as long as the administrator also has an internet connection. This system is composed of a series of combinations of infrared sensor input devices, the NodeMCU ESP32 control system, pump output devices, LCD and IoT applications as monitoring media. To see the performance of the tool carried out a test and analysis in the form of observations. And from the test results, several results were obtained, namely the monitoring system for the number of CPO packages can work properly as measured by calculating the level of accuracy, so that it is 100% with a % error of 0%. Apart from that, the coding embedded in the ESP32 control system can run well as measured by the performance of the tool, which can work as a monitoring system for the number of CPO packages. |
