Abstract: | Islam tidak mengenal pengangkatan anak, tetapi Islam memandang pemeliharaan anak.Dimensi perkembangan kehidupan selanjutnya perihal pelaksanaan pengangkatan anak memberikan akibat kepada tatanan sebuah keluarga. Rasa kasih sayang yang sedemikian besar antara orang tua dengan anak angkatnya terkadang menerbitkan hak-hak yang saling bertentangan dalam hukum khususnya dalam masalah pewarisan. Islam does not recognize adoption, but Islam views child care. The dimensions of subsequent life development regarding the implementation of adoption have an impact on the order of a family. The great affection between parents and their adopted children sometimes gives rise to conflicting rights in law, especially in matters of inheritance. |
