Melihat buruknya korupsi dandampaknya bagi suatu bangsa makaadalah suatu hal yang menarik untuk mengakaji lebih jauh tentang istilah korupsi itu sendiri dan juga proses penanganannya di tingkat pengadilan, karena. selam ini berkembangnya korupsi karena pengadilan beJum mampu memberikan efek jera bagi pelaku dan juga calon pelaku dalam putusan-putusan tentang tindak pidana korupsi. The discussion of this thesis basically presents a discussion about criminal acts of corruption and its legal consequences. Seeing the badness of corruption and its impact on a nation, it is interesting to study further the term corruption itself and also the process of handling it at the court level, because so far the development of corruption is because the court has not been able to provide a deterrent effect for perpetrators and also potential perpetrators in decisions on criminal acts of corruption.
