Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan social comparison dengan harga diri pada wanita dewasa awal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert yang disusun dari aspek social comparison dan aspek harga diri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 82 orang wanita dewasa awal yang belum menikah dan sampel sebanyak 82 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Kolerasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil nilai rxy = -0,665 dengan P(Sig)0,000<0,010 yang berarti ada hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara social comparison dengan harga diri pada wanita dewasa awal yang belum menikah. Artinya semakin tinggi social comparison maka semakin rendah harga diri. Dengan nilai koefisien determinan (r2) yang mempunyai nilai sebesar 0,442 dengan kontribusi sebesar 44,2%. Social comparison memberikan kontribusi sebesar 44,2% terhadap harga diri. This study aimed to determine the correlation between social comparison and self-esteem in early adult women. The research method used was quantitative. The data collection technique used total sampling. The data collection instrument used a Likert scale compiled from aspects of social comparison and aspects of self esteem. The population in this studywere 82 unmarried early adult women and a sample of 82 people. The data analysis technique used the Product Moment Correlation technique. Based on data analysis, the results obtained rxy value=-0.665 with P (Sig) 0.000 <0.010 which means there is a negative and significant correlation between social comparison and self-esteem in unmarried early adult women. This means that the higher the social comparison, the lower the self esteem. With the coefficient of determination (r') which had a value of0.442 with a contribution of44.2%. Social comparison contributes 44.2% to self-esteem.
