Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Miduk Arta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Adapun pengujian SPSS yang dilakukan peneliti ialah uji korelasi product moment untuk hipotesis dan juga uji linearitas serta uji normalitas untuk pengujian asumsi. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah 48 orang dari 79 orang karyawan perkantoran berdasarkan hasil screening test yang telah dilakukan. Skala Kepuasan Kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek menurut Luthans, F. (2006) yaitu pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji, promosi, pengawasan, rekan kerja dan kondisi kerja. Skala Organizational Citizenship Behavior disusun berdasarkan dimensi menurut Luthans, F. (2006) yaitu altruisme, conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportmanship dan coustesy. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan positif kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada PT. Miduk Arta. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,685, dengan Signifikan p= 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,469. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berdistribusi sebesar 46,9% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasan kerja tergolong tinggi dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 62,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 64,00. Selanjutnya organizational citizenship behavior dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil tinggi dengan nilai empirik 65 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 80,85. This study aimed to determine the correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavlor in employees ofPT Miduk Arta. The type of research used in this study was a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The SPSS test conducted by researchers was the product moment correlation test for hypothesis and also the linearity test and normality test for assumption testing. The sample taken for this study was 48 people out of 79 office employees based on the results ofthe screening test that had been carried out.The Job Satisfaction Scale is compiled based on aspects according to Luthans. F.(2006), namely the job itself, salary, promotion, supervision, coworkers and working conditions. The Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale is prepared based on the dimensions according to Luthans, F. (2005). namely altruism.conscientiousness, civic virtue, sportsmanship and courlesy. The hypothesis in this study was that there is a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT Miduk Arta. Based on the results ofthe calculation ofproduct moment correlation analysis, it could be seen that there was a positive correlation between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. This result was evidenced by the correlation coefficienf rxy = 0.685, with a significant p= 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r')=0.= 0.469. This showed that job satisfaction distributes 46.9% to organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction was classified as high with a hypothetical value of62.5 and an empirical mean of 64.00. Furthermore. organizational citizenship behavior can be concluded to have high results with an empirical value of65 and an empirical mean of 80.85.
