Abstract: Kopi merupakan salah satu minuman yang sangat di gemari oleh masyarakat Indonesia karena rasa dan aromanya. Minuman ini di gemari oleh segala umur secara turun temurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Produk Minuman Kopi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Nowly Cafe di Kota Medan, mengetahui pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Nowly Cafe di Kota Medan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Harga Minuman Kopi terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pada Nowly Cafe di Kota Medan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket/kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Nowly Cafe. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 87 orang dengan tehnik insendential sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen DiNowly Cafe 2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Nowly Cafe 3) Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen di Nowly Cafe. Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in Indonesia because of its flavor and aroma. This drink is favored by all ages for generations. This study aims to: determine the effect of Coffee Drink Product Quality on customer satisfaction at Nowly Cafe in Medan City, determine the effect of Service Quality on customer satisfaction at Nowly Cafe in Medan City, and to determine the effect of Coffee Drink Prices on customer satisfaction at Nowly Cafe in Medan City. this research uses a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The population in this study were Nowly Cafe consumers. The sample size taken was 87 people with incendential sampling technique. Based on the research results it can be concluded that: 1) product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at Nowly Cafe 2) Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction DiNowly Cafe 3) Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction DiNowly Cafe.
