Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kesejahteraan psikologis dengan kesiapan menghadapi perubahan organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ASN Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 64 pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis dan skala kesiapan menghadapi perubahan organisasi yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi korelasi P = 0,000 < 0,05, artinya semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis maka semakin tinggi kesiapan menghadapi perubahan organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dengan nilai koefisien determinan (r 2) sebesar 0,630 atau 63%. Maka, hipotesis yang diajukan, dinyatakan diterima. Kesejahteraan psikologis tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 66,73 > mean hipotetik = 55 dimana selisih lebih dari satu SD = 7,866) dan untuk kesiapan menghadapi perubahan organisasi tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 94,06 > mean hipotetik = 75 dimana selisih lebih dari bilangan satu SD = 8,558). This research aims to determine the correlation between psychological well-being and readiness to face organizational change in employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were all ASN of the Department of Industry and Trade of Deli Serdang Regency. The sample for this research was 64 employees of the Department of Industry and Trade of Deli Serdang Regency. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data collection method was carried out using a psychological well-being scale and a scale of readiness to face organizational change which was measured using a likert scale. The data analysis technique uses product moment correlation. The research results show a correlation significance value of P = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the higher the psychological well-being, the higher the readiness to face organizational change in employees of the Deli Serdang Regency Industry and Trade Service, with a determinant coefficient (r2 ) of 0.630 or 63%. So, the hypothesis proposed is declared accepted. Psychological well-being is classified as high (empirical mean = 66.73 > hypothetical mean = 55 where the difference is more than one SD = 7.866) and readiness to face organizational change is classified as high (empirical mean = 94.06 > hypothetical mean = 75 where the difference is more than a number one SD = 8.558).
