Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand Experience, E-Service Quality, dan Promotion terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan aplikasi streaming musik joox (studi kasus SMA Swasta Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Kec. Babul Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory. Penelitian explanatory ini menguji suatu hipotesis antara variabel satu dengan variabel yang lain yang saling berpengaruh antara satu dengan yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kasus SMA Swasta Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Kec. Babul Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara sebanyak 500 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Setelah dilakukannya metode di atas maka didapat sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 siswa. Hasil pengujian mengatakan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Experience berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan. E-Service Quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan. Dan promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan pada SMA Swasta Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Kec. Babul Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara. This research aimed to determine the influence of Brand Experience, E-Service Quality, and Promotion on the Decision to Use the Joox music streaming application (a case study at Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Private High School, Babul Makmur District, Southeast Aceh Regency). The type of research used was explanatory. This explanatory research tested a hypothesis about the relationships between variables that influenced one another. The population in this study consisted of 500 students from Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Private High School, Babul Makmur District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. After applying this method, a sample of 84 students was obtained for this research. The results of the testing concluded that Brand Experience had a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use. EService Quality did not influence the Decision to Use. Promotion had a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Use at Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Private High School, Babul Makmur District, Southeast Aceh Regency.
