This research aimed to analyze the correlation between psychological capital and work engagement among employees at CV Sams. The study used a quantitative research method with a correlational approach. The population for this research consisted of 125 employees at CV Sams. The study employed total sampling as the sampling technique. The data analysis method used was Pearson's productmoment con·elation technique. The results showed a positive con·elation between psychological capital and work engagement, with a correlation coefficient (rxv) of 0.593 and a significance level of p = 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (r1) for the relationship between the independent and dependent variables was r1 = 0.351. This indicated that psychological capital accounted for 35.1% of the variation in work engagement. It was concluded that psychological capital was categorized as low, with an empirical mean of 54.23 compared to the hypothetical mean of 62.5.
