Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan keterlibatan kerja dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Mentari Gemilang Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 35 karyawan dengan teknik samplingnya adalah total sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala keterlibatan kerja dan intensi turnover. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Korelasi product moment 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = -0,698 dengan signifikan p = 0,0000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menyatakan terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara keterlibatan kerja dengan intensi turnover, yang menunjukkan semakin rendah keterlibatan kerja maka semakin tinggi pula intensi turnover, dan sebaliknya semakin tinggi keterlibatan kerja maka semakin rendah intensi turnover, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Dalam penelitian ini keterlibatan kerja berkontribusi sebesar 48,7% terhadap munculnya intensi turnover. This research aimed to examine the correlation between job involvement and turnover intention among production employees at PT. Mentari Gemilang Indonesia. The rescarch used a quantitative approach. The sample used in this research consisted of35 employees, and the sampling technique employed was total sampling. Data were collected using the job involvement and turnover intention scales. The results of the research, using the product-moment correlation, showed r»y = -0.698 with a significance ofp =0.0000<0.05.These results indicated a significant negative correlation betwveen job involvement and turnover intention, meaning that the lower the job involvement, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely, the higher the job involvement, the lower the turnover intention. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted. In this research,job involvemenit contributed 48.7% to the emergence of turnover intention. |
