Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi BUMDes Hariara Pohan dalam pengembangan objek wisata Bukit Holbung di Kecamatan Harian Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dianalisis melalui teori strategi komunikasi untuk mendeskripsikan strategi komunikasi BUMDes dalam pengembangan wisata Bukit Holbung. BUMDes Hariara Pohan mengatur wisata untuk memenuhi kebutuhan semua pihak dengan mempertimbangkan target, segmentasi dan positioning. Kemudian, BUMDes melakukan pengembangan wisata melalui penggunaan media Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube dan kolaborasi media online. Studi ini menemukan bahwa BUMDes Hariara Pohan menggunakan berbagai strategi untuk membangun objek wisata, termasuk mengidentifikasi sasaran komunikasi, memilih media yang tepat untuk digunakan, tujuan komunikasi, peran komunikator dan media sosial yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi. The aim of this research is to describe the communication strategy of BUMDes Hariara Pohan in developing the Holbung Hill tourist attraction in Harian District, Samosir Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The research results were analyzed through communication strategy theory to describe the BUMDes communication strategy in developing Holbung Hill tourism. BUMDes Hariara Pohan organizes tourism to meet the needs of all parties by considering targets, segmentation and positioning. Then, BUMDes carried out tourism development through the use of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and online media collaboration. This study found that BUMDes Hariara Pohan uses various strategies to build tourist attractions, including identifying communication targets, choosing the right media to use, communication objectives, the role of the communicator and social media used to disseminate information. |
