Abstract: | Burner merupakan alat yang digunakan untuk memanaskan heater sebagai sumber panas awal yang panasnya berfungsi untuk menggerakan mesin stirling. Burner yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini merupakan burner yang didesain sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) analisis desain bentuk burner, (2) mendapatkan ukuran burner dan (3) perancangan burner/ manufaktur burner. Metode penelitian ini adalah pembuatan desain, ukuran dan perancangan burner. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jangka sorong, auto CAD, mesin bubut, gerinda, las listrik, dan bor. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu plat stainless steel, elektroda dan pipa stainless steel. Hasil penelitian ini ialah desain burner ini dikerjakan dengan menggunakan aplikasi AutoCAD, ukuran dimensi burner ialah diameter dalam 130 mm, diameter luar 170 mm, tinggi 50 mm, panjang pipa input 180 mm, diameter input 18 mm, jarak lubang output 26 mm, diameter output kecil 2 mm, diameter output besar 6 mm, bahan yang digunakan ialah stainless steel austenit 304 dan proses manufaktur yang kerjakan ialah pemotongan, drilling dan pengelasan. Burner is a tool used to heat the heater as an initial heat source whose heat serves to drive the stirling engine. The burner used in this test is a self-designed burner. The purpose of this study is (1) analysis of burner shape design, (2) obtaining burner size and (3) burner design / burner manufacturing. This research method is the manufacture of design, size and design burner. The test equipment used in this study were lathes, grinders, electric welding, and drills. The materials used in this study are stainless steel plates, electrodes and stainless steel pipes. The result of this research is that the design of this burner is done using the AutoCAD application, the size of the burner dimensions is inner diameter 130 mm, outer diameter 170 mm, height 50 mm, input pipe length 180 mm, input diameter 18 mm, output hole distance 26 mm, Small output diameter 2 mm, large output diameter 6 mm, the material used is austenite stainless steel 304 and the manufacturing process that is done is cutting, drilling and welding. |
