Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh competitive advantage terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh competitive advantage dan digital marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Raja Foto Studio Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan di Raja Foto Studio Medan sebanyak 1.338 pelanggan ditahun 2023. Sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 93 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh competitive advantage terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Raja Foto Studio Medan, ada pengaruh pengaruh digital marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Raja Foto Studio Medan dan ada pengaruh competitive advantage dan digital marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Raja Foto Studio Medan. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of competitive advantage on customer loyalty, to determine and analyze the influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty and to determine and analyze the influence of competitive advantage and digital marketing on customer loyalty of Raja Foto Studio Medan. The population in this study were 1,338 customers at Raja FotoStudio Medan in 2023. The sample in the study was 93 people taken using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and coefficient of determination. The results of the research show that there is an influence of competitive advantage on customer loyalty of Raja Foto Studio Medan, there is an influence of digital marketing on customer loyalty of Raja Foto Studio Medan and there is an influence of competitive advantage and digital marketing on customer loyalty of Raja Foto Studio Medan.
