Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh experimental marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap minat beli ulang Hisana Fried Chicken Jalan Alfalah Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pureposive samplingdan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 69 orang dengan kriteria yaitu pelanggan Hisana Fried Chicken jalan Alfalah Medan yang sudah melakukan pembelian minimal dua kali. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden dengan media bantu yaitu google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis yang masing-masing pengujian diajalankan menggunakan program bantuan yaitu SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan experimental marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli ulang. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa experimental marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa experimental marketing dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang Hisana Fried Chicken Jalan Alfalah Medan. This research aimed to analyze the effect of experimental marketing and customer satisfaction on the repurchase intention of Hisana Fried Chicken on Jalan Alfalah Medan. This type of research was descriptive quantitative research. The determining the number of samples in this study used purposive sampling techniques and used the Slovin formula. In this research, the sample consisted of 69 people who were customers of Hisana Fried Chicken on Jalan Alfalah Medan, who had made at least two purchases. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents using Google Forms. The data analysis technique used in this research was instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear analysis testing, and hypothesis testing, each carried out using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this research showed that simultaneously, experimental marketing and customer satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention. The partial results of the research indicated that experimental marketing and customer satisfaction had a significant effect on repurchase intention. Overall, the research results showed that experimental marketing and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention of Hisana Fried Chicken on Jalan Alfalah Medan.
