Analisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal dan Likuiditas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan yang Terdaftar di indeks LQ45

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh struktur modal dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Metode: pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampel majemuk yang diperoleh dari data yang terdafatar di BEI. Teknik analisis data dengan melakukan uji asumsi klasik , regresi linear berganda dan uji sobel Temuan: Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh variable Struktur Modal terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh variabel Likuiditas terhadap variable Nilai Perusahaan. This research aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of capital structure and liquidity on company value with profitability as an intervening variable. Method: sampling using a compound sample method obtained from data registered on BEI. Data analysis techniques include classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and Sobel tests. Findings: The results obtained indicate that Profitability is unable to mediate the influence of capital structure variables on the Company Value variable. Profitability is not able to mediate the influence of the Liquidity variable on the Company Value variable
