Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Variasi Menu dan Service Quality Terhadap Revisit Intention Pada Pelanggan Cafe Alas Hills Kutacane. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 99 responden yang datang berkunjung pada Cafe Alas Hills Kutacane. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mengggunakan statistic IBM SPSS versi 26. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variasi Menu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention pada pelanggan dan Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention pada pelanggan. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Menu Variety and Service Quality on Revisit Intention among customers at Alas Hills Café Kutacane. The type of research used by the researcher in this study was quantitative data. The sample size of this research was 99 respondents who visited Alas Hills Café Kutacane. The data collection technique in this research was the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this research was the IBM SPSS version 26 statistical method. Data processing in this research used descriptive statistics, reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of this research showed that Menu Variety had a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention among customers, and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Revisit Intention among customers. |
