Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak peran Kepala Rumah Sakit TK II Putri Hijau Medan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Masalah difokuskan pada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan pasien dan penerapan Zona Integritas Wilayah Bebas Korupsi. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari metodologi kualitatif deskriptif dengan alat ukur skala likert. Data-data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan Kepala Rumah Sakit, Kepala Bagian Keperawatan, dan 15 pegawai, serta melalui sumber sekunder seperti catatan lapangan, memo, naskah, gambar, dokumen pribadi, dan dokumen resmi, kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran Kepala Rumah Sakit memiliki dampak positif pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai, tercermin dari hasil Survei Kepuasan Pasien yang menunjukkan peningkatan tingkat kepuasan pada triwulan pertama tahun 2021, tingkat kepuasan mencapai 83,20%, 82,50%, dan 85,20%, sedangkan pada triwulan kedua mencapai 84,60%, 83,80%, dan 84,80%. Triwulan ketiga menunjukkan angka 84,30%, 83,80%, dan 85,60%, dan pada triwulan keempat mencapai 84,30%, 85,70%, dan 85,60%. Pada semester pertama tahun 2022, tingkat kepuasan mencapai 86,20%, dan meningkat menjadi 87,6% pada semester kedua tahun yang sama. Selain itu, implementasi Zona Integritas Wilayah Bebas Korupsi telah berjalan sejak tahun 2020, gerakan ini menunjukkan komitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang bersih dan transparan. This research aims to analyze the impact of the role of the Head of House Kindergarten Hospital II Putri Hijau Medan in improving employee performance. The problem focuses on the influence of leadership on patient satisfaction and implementation of the Corruption Free Regional Integrity Zone. To get close This problem uses theoretical references from descriptive qualitative methodology with a Likert scale measuring instrument. Data was collected through interviews with the Head of the Hospital, Head of the Nursing Department, and 15 employees, as well as through secondary sources such as field notes, memos, manuscripts, images, personal documents and official documents, then analyzed thoroughly qualitative. This study concludes that the role of the Head of Hospital has a positive impact on improving employee performance, reflected in Patient Satisfaction Survey results showing increasing rates satisfaction in the first quarter of 2021, the level of satisfaction reached 83.20%, 82.50%, and 85.20%, while in the second quarter it reached 84.60%, 83.80%, and 84.80%. The third quarter showed a figure of 84.30%, 83.80%, and 85.60%, and in the fourth quarter it reached 84.30%, 85.70%, and 85.60%. In the first semester of 2022, the satisfaction level reached 86.20%, and increased to 87.6% in the second half of that year The same. In addition, the implementation of the Corruption Free Regional Integrity Zone has been implemented running since 2020, this movement shows commitment to creating a clean and transparent work environment. |
