Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan telaah literatur mengenai faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasaan konsumen merupakan hasil akumulasi dari konsumen dan juga konsumen dimana ada penilaian mengenai keistimewaan produk atau jasatersebut yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen. Memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen adalahkeinginan setiap perusahaan. Selain faktor penting bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan, memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen dapat meningkatkan keunggulan dalam persaingan. Pentingnyakajian tentang kepuasan konsumen banyak diungkapkan dalam penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Dalam penelitian tersebut diungkapkan banyaknya faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, seperti kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, garansi, emosional dan persepsi keamanan. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penelusuran internet mengenai jurnal kepuasan konsumen dengan kriteria artikel yang digunakanyaitu yang dipublikasikan 5 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2024. Penelusuranartikel melalui databese Researchgate, Google Scholer dan Google Search dengan kata kunci yangdigunakan kepuasan, konsumen, pelanggan. Jumlah jurnal yang dianalisis sebanyak 11 jurnal. Datadigunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasankonsumen. Hasil dari kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat beberapa Faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen, diantaranya adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, garansi, emosional dan persepsi keamanan. This research aims to present a literature review regarding factors that influence consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is the result of accumulation from consumers and alsoconsumers where there is an assessment regarding the features of the product or service that areunder consumer expectations. Satisfying consumer needs is the desire of every company. Inaddition to being an important factor for a company's survival, satisfying consumer needs canincrease excellence in competition. The importance of studying consumer satisfaction has beenwidely expressed in previous research. In this research, it was revealed that many factors influenceconsumer satisfaction, such as product quality, service quality, price, warranty, and emotional andperceived security. The research method uses a systematic literature review. Research data wasobtained through internet searches regarding consumer satisfaction journals with the criteria for articles used, namely those published in the last 5 years, namely from 2019 to 2024. Search for articles via the Researchgate database, Google Scholar, and Google Search with the keywords used: satisfaction, consumer, customer. The number of journals analyzed was 11 journals. Data is usedto identify and analyze factors that influence consumer satisfaction. The results of this studyconclude that several factors influence consumer satisfaction, including product quality, servicequality, price, warranty, and emotional and perceived safety. |
