Abstract: | Analisa debit banjir sangat penting untuk perhitungan tinggi air banjir rencana, tekanan air dan menghitung stabilitas bending. PLTM Parmonangan I Sibundong merupakan pembangkit listrik tenaga mihidro yang mempunyai pengaruh besar terhadap lingkungan ekitarnya terutama sungai sibundong. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana potensi dampak lingkungan yang mungkin timbung dan merancang langkah-langkah migai yang sesuai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data melalui dataset statistic yang bersumber dari BMKG, Stasiun Klimatologi Sampali Medan. Dengan hasil penelitian, Periode ulang (T) 100 Tahun dengan Debit Puncak (Qp) = 240,096 m3/dt pada t = 7,136 jam. Sehingga, berdasarkan hasil dari metode hidrograf satuan sintetik nakayasu dengan menggunakan data sungai yang diperoleh, maka dapat diterapkan untuk kepentingan perhitungan dan perencanaan bangunan air di sungai Sibundong Parmonangan. The analysis of flood discharge is crucial for calculating the planned floodwater height, water pressure, and assessing the stability of dams. The Parmonangan I Sibundong mini-hydro power plant has a significant impact on its surrounding environment, particularly the Sibundong River. Therefore, this study aims to understand the potential environmental impacts that may arise and design appropriate mitigation measures. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection techniques relying on statistical datasets sourced from BMKG (Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency) and the Sampali Medan Climatology Station. The results show a return period (T) of 100 years with a peak discharge (Qp) of 240.096 m³/s at t = 7.136 hours. Thus, based on the results of the Nakayasu synthetic unit hydrograph method using river data obtained, it can be applied to the calculation and planning of hydraulic structures in the Sibundong River at Parmonangan. |
