Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja aparatur pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 262 dengan metode accidental sampling, analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang dioperasikan melalui program Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan kerja signifikan memediasi hubungan antara work life balance dan kualitas pelayanan, dan nilai R-Square kualitas pelayanan 0,386 yang berarti work life balance dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan sebesar 38,6 % sisanya 61,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance on service quality mediated by job satisfaction of the Langkat Regency government apparatus. The research method used is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The sample taken was 262 with accidental sampling method, data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program using SmartPLS software. The results showed that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on service quality, work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on service quality, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between work life balance and service quality, and the R-Square value of service quality is 0.386, which means that work life balance and job satisfaction affect service quality by 38.6%, the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
