Skrining Hiv Aids pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I, II, Dan III di Puskesmas Mandala

Abstract

Penelitian skrining HIV AIDS pada ibu hamil selama trimester pertama, kedua, dan ketiga dilakukan di Puskesmas Mandala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pemeriksaan HIV AIDS pada ibu hamil trimester I, II, dan III di Puskesmas Puskesmas Mandala. Pemeriksaan menggunakan metode rapid tes dengan menggunakan tabel distributif dan melakukan pembahasan sesuai data. Sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 30 ibu hamil pada trimester I, II dan III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai Gambaran Hasil HIV Pada Ibu Hamil trimester I,II, dan III di Puskesmas Mandala Kota Medan yaitu tidak ada Ibu hamil yang reaktif sedangkan yang non-reaktif sebanyak 30 orang (100%).Usia Ibu Hamil 20-25 sebanyak 13 orang (43,3%), 26-30 sebanyak 11 orang 36,7%, 31-35 sebanyak 3 orang (10%), 36-40 sebanyak 3 orang (10%). Hasil penelitian mengenai HIV Pada Ibu Hamil trimester I,II, dan III di Puskesmas Mandala Kota Medan sebanyak 30 sampel dapat ditarik kesimpulan tidak ditemukan ibu hamil yang reaktif terhadap virus HIV sedangkan yang non- reaktif sebanyak 30 orang (100%). The examination uses the rapid test method using a distributive table and conducts a discussion according to the data. The research sample was 30 pregnant women in trimester I, II and III. Based on the results of research on the Overview of HIV Results in Pregnant Women in trimester I, II, and III at Mandala Health Center Medan City, namely there are no reactive pregnant women while the non-reactive ones are 30 people (100%). The age of pregnant women 20-25 was 13 people (43.3%), 26-30 was 11 people 36.7%, 31-35 was 3 people (10%), 36-40 was 3 people (10%). The results of research on HIV in pregnant women in trimester I, II, and III at Mandala Health Center Medan City as many as 30 samples can be concluded that there are no pregnant women who are reactive to the HIV virus while the non-reactive ones are 30 people (100%).
