Abstract: | Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana optimasi kinerja yang dapat dilakukan jika keterlambatan dalam waktu maupun kerugian biaya pad.a proyek yang dimana sering terjadi pada pekerjaan proyek, hal ini dilakukan agar menjamin pelaksanaan secara tepat waktu dan tepat mutu. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, sasaran utama manajemen ada tiga hal, yaitu biaya, mutu dan waktu. Suatu proyek dikatakan berhasil daJam pengelolaannya apabila proyek dapat diselesaikan dengan tingkat kualitas atau mutu yang telah ditetapkan. Metode EVM (Earned Value Management) pada proyek merupakan salah satu alternative untuk mengetahui kemajuan suatu proyek lebih cepat atau lebih lambat dari jadwal yang ditentukan. Metode earned value menyajikan tiga climensi yaitu penyelesaian fisik dari proyek, biaya aktual yang sudah clikeluarkan, serta berapa persen penyelesaian dari biaya yang sudah dianggarkan.Berdasarkan analisa management proyek menggunakan EVM (Earned Value Management) dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada biaya tidak ditemukannya nilai negatif yang dapat diartikan berarti pada biaya pekerjaan masih aman, sedangkan pada waktu pekerjan ditemukan nilai negatif yang dimana dapat diartikan bahwa pekerjaan ini terlambat, yang di sebab kan oleh terlambatnya material dari penyedia dan pekerja yang kurang kompeten di bidangnya. This research examines how performance optimization can be carried out if there are delays in time or cost losses on projects. which often occur in project work This is done to ensure implementation on time and with the right quality. In implementing construction projects. management's main targets are three things, namely cost, quality. and time. A project is said to be successful in its management if the project can be completed with a predetermined level of quality. The EVM (earned value management) method on projects is an alternative to determining whether a project is progressing faster or slower than the specified schedule. The earned value method presents three dimensions, namely the physical completion of the project, the actual costs that have been incurred, and the percentage of completion of the budgeted costs. Based on project management analysis using EVM (earned value management), ii can be concluded that there are no negative values that can be found in costs. interpreted as meaning that the cost of the work is still safe, whereas al the time of work a negative value is found, which means that the work is late, which is caused by late materials from suppliers and workers who are less competent in their field. |
