Abstract: | Pada pengolahan kelapa sawit Salah satu proses adalah perebusan yang menggunakan peralatan mesin Sterilizer, dimana Sterilizer adalah bejana uap yang digunakan untuk merebus TBS dengan tekanan uap sesuai dengan standart tekanan kerja yang diizinkan, begitu juga dalam Perebusan Tanda Kelapa Sawit dalam sterilizer mempunyai faktor faktor atau variable dalam perebusan yaitu Kapasitas Perebuasn (Q), Tekanan Perebusan (Peak pressure), Temperatur Air masuk (T.in) dan Waktu perebusan (t). untuk mengeahui optimalitas dalam proses perebusan dilakukan penelitian dan pengambilan data operasional Sterilizer di industri Pabrik Kelapa Sawit didapat data data atau variable dalam perebusan. Perhitungan penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kuantitatif Dari perhitungan data penelitian didapat tekanan kerja perebusan akan mempengaruhi kebutuhan uap dalam proses dimana pada sterilizer 1 tekanan Peak I membutuhkan Uap sebesar 366.880,988 kkal/jam, Peak 2 membutuhkan Uap sebesar 337.610,064 kkal/jam Dan pada Peak 3 membutuhkan Uap sebesar 140.677,941 kkal/jam. Total uap yang di butuhkan sebesar 845.168,941 kkal/jam. Pada sterilizer 2 tekanan peak 1 membutuhkan uap sebesar 377.309,91 kkal/jam, peak 2 membutuhkan uap sebesar I 97.827,795 kkal/jam dan peak 3 membutuhkan uap sebesar 122.432,868 kkal/jam.total uap yang dibutuhkan sebesar 697.570,573 kkal/jam. Pada sterilizer 3 peak 1 membutuh kan uap sebesar 369.382,945 kka/jam, peak 2 membutuhkan uap sebesar 205.297,838 kkal.jam dan peak 3 membutuhkan uap sebesar 47.165,543 kkal/jam. Total uap yang dibutuhkan sebesar 621.846,326 kkal/jam. Pada sterilizer 4 peak 1 membutuh kan uap sebesar 282.722,47kkal/jam, paek 2 membutuhkan uap sebesar 253.919,492 kkal/jam dan peak 3 membutuhkan uap sebesar 56.113,736 kkal/jam. Total uap yang dibutuhkan sebesar 592.755,698 kkal/jam. in palm oil processing, one of tile processes is boiling which uses sterilizer machine equipment, where t/1e sterilizer is a steam vessel used to boil FFB with steam pressure in accordance with the permitted working pressure standard\·, likewise in boiling palm oil in the sterili:er there are factors or variables. in boiling, namely Boiling Capacity (Q), Boiling Pressure (Peak pressure), /11/et Water Temperature (T.i11) and Boiling Time (t). To find out the optimality in tile boiling process, research was carried out and data on Sterilizer operations in the Palm Oil Factory indust1y Mias obtained to obtain data or variables in boiling. The calculations for this research use quantitative method'!. From the research data calculations, it is found that the working pressure of boiling will influence the steam requirements in the process, where in sterilizer 1, Peak I pressure requires steam of 366,880,988 kcal/how; Peak 2 requires steam of 337,6J0,064 kcal/hour. Peak 3 requires steam of 140,677,9-11 kcal/how: The Iota/ steam required is 845, 168.941 kca/l/10ur. Jn sterilizer 2, peak pressure 1 requires steam of 377,309.91 kcal/hour, peak 2 requires steam of 197,827. 795 kcal/hour and peak 3 requires steam of 122,432.868 kcal/how: The Iota! steam required is 697,570.573 kcal/how: O'clock. Jn sterilizer 3, peak 1 requires steam of 369,382,945 kcal/hour, peak 2 requires steam of 205,297,838 kca/1/wur and peak 3 requires steam of 47,165,543 kcal how: The total steam required is 621,846.326 kcal/how: in sterilizer 4, peak 1 requires steam of 282, 722.47 kca/l/ww; peak 2 requires steam of 253,919,492 kca/lhour and peak 3 requires steam of 56, ll 3, 736 kcal/hour. The total steam required is 592, 755,698 kcal/hour. |
