Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan efikasi diri dan iklim sekolah dengan perilaku disiplin MAs Ar- Raudhatul Hasanah medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 294 siswa dan sampel 202 siswa. Sampel di ambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian di MAs Ar- Raudhatul Hasanah Medan, diketahui bahwa hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku disiplin dilihat dari nilai diketahui bahwa hubungan positif yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan perilaku disiplin dilihat dari nilai signifikana pada variabel Efikasi Diri sebesar 0,000<0,05 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya Efikasi Diri mempunyai hubungan positif terhadap perilaku disiplin santri wati pada MAs Ar- Raudhatul Hasanah. Selanjutnya diketahui ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara iklim sekolah dengan perilaku disiplin yang mana dilihat dari nilai signifikana pada variabel Iklim Sekolah sebesar 0,021<0,05 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Artinya Iklim Sekolah mempunyai hubungan positif terhadap Perilaku Disiplin. Dari hasil analisi regresi berganda diketahui bahwa terdapat signifikansi sebesar 0,003<0,05. Maka diterima, artinya Efikasi Diri dan Iklim Sekolah mempunyai hubungan terhadap Perilaku Disiplin pada saat yang sama. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the relationship between selfefficacy and school climate with the disciplinary behavior of MAs Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of this research was 294 students and the sample was 202 students. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research analysis at MAs Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Medan, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and disciplinary behavior seen from the value. It is known that a significant positive relationship between self-efficacy and disciplinary behavior is seen from the significant value of the Self-Efficacy variable of 0.000<0.05 is smaller than 0.05. This means that Self-Efficacy has a positive relationship with the disciplinary behavior of female students at MAs Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah. Furthermore, it is known that there is a significant positive relationship between school climate and disciplinary behavior which can be seen from the significance value of the School Climate variable of 0.021<0.05, which is smaller than 0.05. This means that school climate has a positive relationship with disciplinary behavior. From the results of multiple regression analysis, it is known that there is a significance of 0.003<0.05. So it is accepted, meaning that Self-Efficacy and School Climate have a relationship to Disciplinary Behavior at the same time. |
