Abstract: | Pembuangan limbah plastik sangat banyak dan membahayakan lingkungan sekitar, mengancam kesehatan manusia, dikarenakan sulitnya terdegradasi. Disposal of plastic waste is very large and endangers the environment around, threaten human health, because it is difficult to degrade. Every plastic is different from other plastics. Some of these plastics can be used repeatedly, some can cause risks health and environmental pollution with inappropriate use. Some are easy to recycle, others require careful handling complicated and special. to make it easier to distinguish plastic from plastic other. The data obtained in this research was obtained experimentally and analysis. Before starting testing, materials are prepared, such as plastic HDPE and PP. The filter diameter is where in the results and this discussion The results obtained from the plastic waste shredding machine were 250kg/hour. Where is the filter used in plastic waste chopping machines, namely 16mm and 20mm. Results The highest machine production capacity for 16mm HDPE material produced sample 5 and 9, namely 3.70 Kg/minute. Meanwhile, the highest 16mm PP material is produced sample 9 with a value of 1.85 Kg/minute. Then on HDPE material 20mm value The highest was produced by samples 4 and 6 at 9.09 Kg/minute, while for sample 20mm PP material obtained the highest value for sample 3 with a value of 2.38 Kg/min. In addition, the machine efficiency value on 16mm HDPE material produces value 82.08%, 16mm PP material produces a value of 37.36%. Then on to the ingredients 20 mm HDPE produces a value of 167.4% and 20 mm PP material produces a value of 44.88%. |
