Abstract: | Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sebagai daerah penghasil kopi membutuhkan tenaga kerja baik pria dan wanita. Peran wanita dalam usaha tani kopi salah satunya sebagai pemanen dalam upaya untuk menambah pendapatan rumah tangganya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kontribusi pendapatan dan pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung variabel-variabel analisis terhadap pendapatan. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriftif dan analisis jalur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 47 orang di Desa Lukup Sabun Tengah, Kecamatan Kuta Panang District, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kontribusi pendapatan wanita terhadap pendapatan keluarga sebesar 47,3% dan variabel yang memberikan pengaruh langsung lebih besar terhadap pendapatan wanita pemanen kopi arabika gayo adalah jam kerja, pengalaman kerja dan umur tanaman, sedangkan variabel yang memberikan pengaruh tidak langsung adalah usia, jumlah tanggungan dan produktivitas. Central Aceh Regency as a coffee-producing area requires male and female workers. One of the roles of women in coffee farming is as harvesters to increase their household income. This research aims to analyze the contribution of income and the direct and indirect influence of analytical variables on income. The analytical tools used were descriptive and path analysis with a sample size of 47 people in Lukup Sabun Tengah Village, Kuta Panang District, Central Aceh Regency. The results of the research show that the contribution of women's income to family income is 47.3%. The variables that have a greater direct influence on the income of women who harvest Gayo Arabica coffee are age, working hours, work experience and plant age. In contrast, the variable that has an indirect influence is the number of dependability and productivity. |
