Analisis Nilai Tambah Biji Kopi Arabika Menjadi Bubuk Kopi Arabika (Studi Kasus : Rumah Produksi Kopi Saabas Sinaman II Kecamatan Pamatang Sidamanik Kabupaten Simalungun)

Abstract

Adapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa pendapatan dari pengolahan biji kopi menjadi bubuk kopi di rumah produksi sabaas, serta untuk mengetahui berapa nilai tambah biji kopi arabika menjadi bubuk kopi arabika di Rumah Produksi Kopi Saabas. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Rumah Produksi Kopi Saabas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menghitung pendapatan menggunakan rumus: π = TR - TC kemudian 2) menggunakan analisis hayami. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: 1) Pendapatan Grade 1 Arabika adalah sebesar Rp. 454.493/sekali produksi, pendapatan Pea Berry Coffee sebesar Rp. 909.693/sekali produksi, dan pendapatan Wine Coffee sebesar Rp. 997.293/sekali produksi. 2) Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari produksi Grade 1 Arabika sebesar Rp. 89.760/sekali produksi dengan rasio nilai tambah 38,68%, nilai tambah dari produksi Pea Berry Coffee sebesar Rp. 133.280/sekali produksi dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 45,02%, dan nilai tambah dari produksi Wine coffee sebesar Rp. 147.040/sekali produksi dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 36,76%. The purpose oflh1s research was to determine how much income is generated from processing coffee beans into coffee powder at the Sabaas production house, and to determine how much added value is generated from Arabica coffee beans into Arabica coffee powder at the Saabas coffee production house. The sample in this research was the Saabas Coffee Production House. The data analysis method used in this research was 1) to calculate income usmg the formula: 'ff - TR - TC then 2) using Hayami analysis. Based on the research resulls obtained: I) Grade I Arabica income is !DR 45-1,../9],produclion, Pea Berry Coffee income is !DR 909,6931production, and Wine Coffee income is !DR 997,293/production. 2) The added value generated from Grade 1 Arabica production was JDR 89, 760 'production with a value added ratio of 38.68%. the added value .from Pea Berry Coffee production is JDR. J 33,2801pruductiun with a value added ratiu uf../5.02%, and the added value of Wine coffee produc/ion was Rp. 147,040 production with a value added ratio of 36.76%.
