Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data tentang Uji Pengaruh Pemberian Beberapa Jenis Nutrisi Dan PGPR Terhadap Pertumbuhan, Produksi Dan Kejadian Penyakit Tanaman Selada (Lactuca sativa L). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan mulai bulan Oktober sampai November 2022 di Kebun Percobaan Pondok Nusantara JL. Balai II, Kecamatan Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok Non Faktorial dengan 3 faktor perlakuan yang diteliti yaitu: 1) Pemberian nutrisi NPK mutiara 16-16-16 (P1), Dilakukan dengan cara menaikkan konsentrasi secara bertahap yaitu 500 ppm sampai 1100 ppm; 2) Pemberian nutrisi AB Mix (P2), Dilakukan dengan cara menaikkan konsentrasi secara bertahap yaitu 500 ppm sampai 1100 ppm; 3) Pemberian PGPR akar bambu (P3), Dilakukan dengan cara menaikkan konsentrasi secara bertahap yaitu 500 ppm sampai 1100 ppm. Masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 6 kali sehingga terdapat 18 Pipa percobaan. Setiap pipa percobaan terdiri dari 36 tanaman dengan 5 tanaman sampel. Adapun parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah Tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, bobot segar total tanaman per sampel, bobot segar total tanaman per ulangan, pengamatan kejadian penyakit. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya penggunaan berbagai jenis nutrisi hidroponik menunjukkan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, dan jumlah daun serta bobot segar total per sampel, bobot segar per plot tanaman selada. Pengaruh terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada yaitu pada perlakuan nutrisi AB Mix. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on the Effect Test of Several Types of Nutrition and PGPR on the Growth, Production and Disease Incidence of Lettuce (Lettuce sativaL). Thisresearch was carried out from October to November 2022 at the Pondok Nusantara Experimental Garden JL. Balai II, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency with an altitude of 25 meters above sea level. The method used in this study was a non- factorial randomized block design with 3 treatment factors studied, namely: 1) Providing pearl NPK nutrition 16-16-16 (P1), carried out by gradually increasing the concentration, namely 500 ppm to 1100 ppm; 2) Providing AB Mix (P2) nutrition, carried out by gradually increasing the concentration, namely 500 ppm to 1100 ppm; 3) Provision of bamboo root PGPR (P3), carried out by gradually increasing the concentration, namely 500 ppm to 1100 ppm. Each treatment was repeated 6 times so that there were 18 experimental pipes. Each experimental pipe consists of 36 plants with 5 sample plants. The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, total fresh weight of plants per sample, total fresh weight of plants per replicate, observation of disease incidence. The results of this study indicate that the use of various types of hydroponic nutrients has a very significant effect on the growth of plant height, and the number of leaves and total fresh weight per sample, fresh weight per lettuce plant plot. The best effect in increasing the growth and production of lettuce plants is the AB Mix nutritional treatment.
