Hubungan Religiusitas dengan Quarter Life Crisis Pada Alumni Prodi Administrasi Publik Universitas Medan Area

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta melihat hubungan religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis pada alumni prodi Administrasi Publik Universitas Medan Area. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan negatif antara religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis pada alumni. Dengan artian, semakin rendah religiusitas maka quarter life crisis tinggi, begitu pula sebaliknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 385 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 58. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala yaitu skala religiusitas dan skala quarter life crisis. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dengan quarter life crisis dimana rxy = 0,805 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Sumbangan efektif variabel religiusitas terhadap quarter life crisis adalah 64,8%. Diketahui juga terdapat faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Hasil lain ditemukan bahwa dari perhitungan mean empirik bahwa religiusitas rendah dan quarter life crisis tinggi. This study aims to determine and see the relationship between religiosity and quarter life crisis in alumni of the Public Administration study program, Medan Area University. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative relationship between religiosity and quarter life crisis in alumni. This means that the lower the religiosity, the higher the quarter life crisis, and vice versa. This study uses a quantitative method. The population in this study was 385 people with a purposive sampling technique. The sample size was 58. Data were collected through a scale, namely the religiosity scale and the quarter life crisis scale. The data analysis method used product moment analysis. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between religiosity and quarter life crisis where rxy = 0.805 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The effective contribution of the religiosity variable to quarter life crisis is 64.8%. It is also known that there are other factors that were not examined in this study. Other results found that from the calculation of the empirical mean that religiosity is low and quarter life crisis is high.
