Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis. Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Distriversa Buasnamas Medan (Dbm). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. populasi karyawan di PT. Distriversa Buanamas (DBM) Medan yang berjumlah 70 karyawan. Dengan sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh berjumlah 70 responden penelitian ini adalah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Dengan hasil penelitian. (1) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.447) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.996). (X2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 dan t-hitung (4.976) > dibandingkan t-tabel (1.996) (3) bahwa (tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05 menunjukan bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas Komitmen Organisasi (x1), dan Budaya Organisasi (x2) secara serempak adalah signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dapat di liat F-hitung > Ftabel dan tingkat signifikansi nya (0,000) < 0,05 This study aims to determine and analyze. The Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Distriversa Buanamas (DBM) Medan. The research method used in this research is quantitative with an associative approach. the population of employees at PT. Distriversa Buanamas (DBM) Medan totaling 70 employees. With a research sample using saturated sampling totaling 70 respondents this research is. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. With the research results. (1) Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance, this can be seen from the significant value (0.000) <0.05 and t-count (4.447)> compared to t-table (1.996). (X2) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Performance This can be seen from the significant value (0.000) < 0.05 and t-count (4.976) > compared to t-table (1.996) (3) that (the level of significance (0.000) < 0.05 indicates that the effect of the independent variables Organizational Commitment (x1), and Organizational Culture (x2) simultaneously is significant on Employee Performance can be seen F-count> F-table and the level of significance (0.000) < 0.05. |
