Abstract: | Dalam proyek Revitalisasi Stadion Kebun Bunga Medan, analisis daya dukung pondasi bored pile menjadi krusial untuk memastikan stabilitas struktur stadion. Dengan kondisi tanah yang bervariasi, bored pile dipilih karena mampu memindahkan beban ke lapisan tanah yang lebih dalam dan stabil. Untuk itu, metode analisis yang akurat diperlukan guna memastikan kapasitas daya dukung sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Dalam penelitian ini, software Plaxis digunakan untuk simulasi geoteknik berbasis elemen hingga dalam mengevaluasi daya dukung bored pile. Metode penelitian meliputi studi pustaka, peninjauan lokasi, serta pengumpulan data teknis seperti shop drawing, hasil uji SPT (Standard Penetration Test), PDA (Pile Driving Analysis), dan data laboratorium. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Plaxis untuk mendapatkan nilai daya dukung aksial fondasi, yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil pengujian PDA guna verifikasi keakuratan model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung daya dukung fondasi bored pile berdasarkan data SPT serta membandingkannya dengan hasil pengujian PDA guna mengevaluasi efektivitas metode Plaxis dalam analisis daya dukung fondasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan daya dukung aksial fondasi dari simulasi Plaxis sebesar 1859 kN/m, sedangkan hasil pengujian PDA sebesar 1864,6 kN, dengan selisih 0,3%. Namun, terdapat penurunan sebesar 1,022 m, melebihi batas izin 0,1507 m. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan data tanah yang hanya tersedia pada kedalaman tertentu, sehingga diperlukan korelasi dengan data SPT. Kesimpulannya, metode Plaxis cukup akurat dalam menganalisis daya dukung bored pile, meskipun validasi lebih lanjut diperlukan. Disarankan untuk melakukan pengujian tanah lebih lengkap guna meningkatkan keakuratan analisis. In the Revitalization Project of Kebun Bunga Stadium Medan, the analysis of bored pile foundation bearing capacity became crucial to ensure the stability of the stadium structure. With varying soil conditions, bored pile was chosen because it was able to transfer loads to deeper and more stable soil layers. For this reason, accurate analysis methods were required to ensure the bearing capacity met the needs. In this research, Plaxis software was used for finite element-based geotechnical simulation in evaluating bored pile bearing capacity. The research methods included literature study, site review, and collection of technical data such as shop drawings, SPT (Standard Penetration Test) results, PDA (Pile Driving Analysis), and laboratory data. The data obtained were analyzed using Plaxis to obtain the axial bearing capacity value of the foundation, which was then compared with the PDA test results to verify the accuracy of the model. This research aimed to calculate the bored pile foundation bearing capacity based on SPT data and compare it with PDA test results to evaluate the effectiveness of the Plaxis method in analyzing foundation bearing capacity. The analysis results showed the axial bearing capacity of the foundation from the Plaxis simulation was 1859 kN/m, while the PDA test result was 1864.6 kN, with a difference of 0.3%. However, there was a settlement of 1.022 m, exceeding the allowable limit of 0.1507 m. This difference was caused by the limitation of soil data which were only available at certain depths, hence requiring correlation with SPT data. In conclusion, the Plaxis method was quite accurate in analyzing bored pile bearing capacity, although further validation was required. It was recommended to conduct more comprehensive soil testing to improve the accuracy of the analysis. |
