Abstract: Produk sayuran organik seperti bayam organik cenderung memiliki harga yang lebih tinggi dibandingakan dengan sayur konvensional, sehingga sebagian konsumen menganggap produk sayuran organik sebagai produk pangan yang mahal. Study ini bertujuan 1)menganalisis nilai kesediaan membayar (Willingness To Pay) sayuran organik oleh konsumen di online market Kota Medan. 2)Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan membayar (Willingness To Pay)Konsumen bayam organik online di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengambian sampel secara purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan deskriptif, Contigent Valuation Method (CVM) dan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai maksimum WTP bayam organik naik dari harga sebelumnya Rp.5.400/gram ke harga Rp.5.560/gram atau setara naik 3% dari harga sebelumnya. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kesediaan membayar secara signifikan adalah pendapatan, usia, dan harga, sedangkan yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan adalah kualitas produk dan gaya hidup. Organic vegetable products such as organic spinach tend to have higher prices compared to conventional vegetables, so some consumers consider organic vegetable products as expensive food products. This study aims to 1) analyze the value of willingness to pay (Willingness To Pay) for organic vegetables by consumers in the online market in Medan City. 2) Analyze the factors that influence the willingness to pay (Willingness To Pay) of online organic spinach consumers in Medan City. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative methods. Sampling was done by purposive sampling, namely 60 people. Data analysis used descriptive, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and logistic regression analysis. The results showed that the average maximum value of WTP for organic spinach increased from the previous price of Rp. 5,400 / gram to Rp. 5,560 / gram or equivalent to a 3% increase from the previous price. Factors that significantly influence willingness to pay are income, age, and price, while those that do not have a significant effect are product quality and lifestyle.
