Penerapan Pasal 5 Kode Etik Jurnalistik dalam Pemberitaan Bullying Tribunnews.com

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Tribunnews.com telah berupaya menerapkan Pasal 5 Kode Etik Jurnalistik dalam pemberitaan kasus bullying, namun masih terdapat beberapa pelanggaran yang terjadi, baik secara eksplisit maupun tersirat. Sebagian besar berita telah mengikuti aturan yang berlaku, tetapi masih ada kasus di mana identitas korban atau pelaku anak tidak sepenuhnya dilindungi. Kesadaran wartawan terhadap kode etik cukup tinggi, tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam praktik di lapangan, seperti tekanan dari publik dan kurangnya pengawasan internal. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Tribunnews.com has attempted to implement Article 5 of the Journalistic Code of Ethics in reporting on bullying cases, but several violations still occur, both explicitly and implicitly. Most news reports have followed applicable regulations, but there are still cases where the identity of the child victim or perpetrator is not fully protected. Journalists' awareness of the code of ethics is quite high, but there are still obstacles in practice, such as public pressure and a lack of internal oversight.
