Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. X Medan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. X Medan yang berjumlah 150 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode skala likert, yaitu skala organizational citizenship behavior yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek oleh Organ, dkk (2006), skala gaya kepemimpinan transformasional yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek oleh Bass dan Avolio (2004) , dan skala kepuasan kerja yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek oleh Luthans (2006). Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan mendapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan (R = 0,710, p < 0,05). Gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan Kepuasan kerja memberikan sumbangan sebesar 50,4% dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. X Medan. The subjects used in this study were 150 employees on PT. X Medan. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection methods using the Likert scale method, the first scale is organizational citizenship behavior scale which is arranged based on aspects by Organ, dkk (2006), the second is the transformational leadership style scale which is arranged based on the aspects by Bass and Avolio (2004), and the third is Job satisfaction scale compiled based on aspects by Luthans (2006). The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis method and the results show that there is a positive effect of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on employee organizational citizenship behavior (R = 0.710, p <0.05). Transformational leadership style and job satisfaction contributed 50.4% in increasing organizational citizenship behavior in employees.
