Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik mahasiswa dalam pembelian kopi di warkop HH dan Sejiwa Kafe dan untuk menganalisis perilaku mahasiswa sebagai konsumen di warkop HH dan Sejiwa Kafe. Analisis data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada warkop HH responden umumnya berjenis kelamin laki- laki sedangkan pada sejiwa kafe responden kebanyakan berjenis kelamin perempuan, responden warkop HH umumnya berdomisili dimedan tembung, sedangkan untuk sejiwa kafe sendiri rata-rata responden yang berkunjung diluar dari medan tembung. Usia responden rata-rata 21 tahun keatas, sedangkan untuk responden sejiwa kafe umumnya lebih banyak yang berusia 18-22 tahun. Responden warkop HH umumnya bersuku batak dan sedangkan responden pada sejiwa kafe rata-rata bersuku jawa. Rata-rata uang saku responden pada warkop HH per bulan Rp.1.000.000 Rp.2.000.000 sedangkan uang saku responden pada sejiwa kafe rata- rata mulai dari Rp.500.000- Rp.1.500.000. Responden pada warkop HH dan sejiwa kafe umumnya sama sama mendapatkan sumber informasi dari teman atau promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Dapat dilihat pada nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) di Sejiwa Kafe adalah 72,10%. Berdasarkan indeks kepuasan CSI sebesar 72,10% yang berarti, secara umum indeks kepuasan konsumen pada Sejiwa Kafe berada pada kriteria “Puas”. nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) di Warkop HH adalah 67,4% . Berdasarkan indeks kepuasan, nilai CSI sebesar 67,4% berada antara nilai 0,66-0,80 yang berarti, secara umum indeks kepuasan Warkop HH berada padakriteria “puas”. This research aimed to determine the characteristics of students in purchasing coffee at HH coffee shop and Sejiwa Cafe and to analyze student behavior as consumers at HH coffee shop and Sej iwa Cafe. Data analysis was obtained using descriptive analysis and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSJ). Based on the results of the research, at HH coffee shop, respondents were generally male, while at Sejiwa Cafe, respondents were mostly female. HH coffee shop respondents were generally domiciled in Medan Tembung, while for Sejiwa Cafe, the average respondents came from outside Medan Tembung. The average age of respondents was over 21 years, while for Sejiwa Cafe, most respondents were between 18- 22 years old. HH coffee shop respondents were generally Bataknese, while respondents at Sejiwa Cafe were mostly Javanese. The average monthly allowance of respondents at HH coffee shop was !DR. 1,000,000 - JDR.2,000,000, while the monthly allowance of respondents at Sejiwa Cafe was generally between IDR.500,000- IDR.1,500,000. Respondents at both HH coffee shop and Sejiwa Cafe generally obtained information from friends or word-ofmouth promoti9n. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CS/) score at Sejiwa Cafe was 72.10%. Based on the CSI satisfaction index of 72. 10%, this means that in general, the consumer satisfaction index at Sejiwa Cafe is in the "Satisfied" category. The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSJ) score at HH coffee shop was 67.4%. Based on the satisfaction index, the CSJ score of 67.4% falls within the range of 0.66- 0.80, which means, in general, the satisfaction index at HH coffee shop is in the "Satisfied" category. |
